Shanghai TIYI Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2022, Shanghai Jiao Tong University scientific and technological achievements into projects; with SMA nickel titanium alloy material products, research and development, design, manufacturing and testing and evaluation of a full set of core technologies. Dedicated to the innovative R&D and design and manufacturing of Nitinol memory alloy materials in multi-application fields, SMA intelligent devices can replace the traditional mechanical devices with complex structures, realizing the miniaturization, lightweight and intelligence of the drive structure.

The company has successfully developed and produced motor-grade nickel-titanium SMA drive microfilaments, has successfully broken through the high-purity material formulations, high-performance material processes and other technologies, and accumulated R & D of high-temperature drive SMA, high-performance superelastic material technology and process technology; core team from Shanghai Jiaotong University, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Fudan University, University of Aachen, Germany, and other domestic and international top institutions such as the composition of the researcher or master's degree students, focusing on the field of memory alloys materials for many years. R&D Platform
Relying on the State Key Laboratory of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, we have built a preparation and processing platform for duplex melting and preparation of shape memory alloys, isothermal forming and processing, and deformation heat treatment, and have constructed a relatively complete system of titanium-based alloy preparation and processing.

Melting Preparation Platform
Equipped with different types of melting furnace equipment, it can realize multi-vacuum joint melting process.
Isothermal plastic molding processing platform
It can realize isothermal forging and isothermal extrusion of tubes, bars, profiles and forgings at medium and high temperatures with low strain rate/isothermal strain rate, which breaks through the bottleneck of difficult-to-deform titanium-based materials.
Testing and analyzing platform
Equipped with a full range of equipment for chemical analysis, multi-scale microstructure observation, and mechanical property testing.
